At last we are ready to launch 'The Green Guide to Harrogate' which is packed full of ways to make a difference in Harrogate. There are lots of books on 'how to be green' but I felt there was a gap for a 'how to be green in the area you lived' most people don't have the time to do the investigation. We got a grant from Unltd a fund for social entrepreneurs to research and publish a guide. It only costs £1 and this goes to 'Essential needs' a charity in Harrogate which recycles furniture for people on benefits which has the added value of keeping furniture out of landfill.
